• Pure Gold Supply requires proof of payment no later than the date of order. If proof of payment is not received on the date of order, the order will automatically be cancelled.

• Should a client wish to collect their goods from our nearest branch, they are required to bring their original ID for verification purposes so that the client is granted access into the facility and that the goods can be handed over to the client.
• Pure Gold Supply reserve the right to cancel an order at any point in time without giving any reasons. In this case, we shall be liable to refund any money already paid in respect of that order.
• Goods are only handed over/dispatched once the clients funds have reflected in our bank account, the necessary documents have been received, the order is fully processed, and the stock is available for handover.
• Pure Gold Supply is subject to anti money laundering laws and regulations and performs diligent onboarding processes
• Pure Gold Supply Online will not accept any third party payments. When placing an order in your personal capacity, payment will need to be from your personal bank account. NO THIRD PARTY PAYMENTS ARE ALLOWED DUE TO STRINGENT AML LAWS. If a third party payment is made, Pure Gold Supply Online will refund the funds and the client will be liable for an administration fee which will be deducted before the refund is made.
